“Cash on Delivery” is a very convenient option where you can pay at your doorstep before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. We offer cash on delivery to exiting customers Only.
There may be COD charges per product which will be communicated to you when you transact on Antahclothing.com. All the products are valid for a cash-on-delivery order to existing customers, except for those where it is specifically written in the description “Cash on delivery is not available”.
Please do not accept any package if it is in tampered state. Our courier person will hand over the package to you to open only once the payment has been made.
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the cash on delivery(COD) payment option. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 working days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
You will not be asked to pay anything extra for your order beyond the amount mentioned on the invoice.
For a partially cancellation or partially return, we will refund the amount paid towards the partial order.
Yes, Antah Clothing offers the convenience of using bank’s Internet Banking service to make a payment toward the order. With this, you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.
